THIS IS A PRE-SAMPLE PRE-ORDER. It means that you can pre-order the item but the actual sample of the item will be made later, so you'd be ordering based on just the design drawing and putting your trust in me. If we raise funding in advance, that helps us as all 4 colourways will be able to be funded. This helps us, a small business fund items right away. Since it is a pre-sample pre-order and there is no sample yet, you can cancel your order until the sample is finished and/or finalized without any limitations.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to keep you updated on the bodycon sweater dresses. I've hired two companies to work on the samples, but unfortunately, they're still not finished yet. One of the companies promised to send me pics by April 16th, but it's now April 26th and I'm still waiting... I've followed up with them again, so fingers crossed! I want to assure you that I'm actively working on getting these samples done. Additionally, please note that the size chart is still a work in progress. If you're unsure about your size, feel free to order any size you think might fit, and we can adjust it later once the final size chart is confirmed. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
The sample itself would begin right after CNY and is expected to be finished in March or April. Might make additional tweaks after that. Fulfillment is expected to be around 6 months from now. August or September 2024 is when the item will likely begin shipping to you.
You can pre-order any colourway from sizes XS-5XL.

SHIPPING & TRACKING
♡ When will my order be shipped?
For in-stock items, our current shipping and processing times are 1-5 business days, subject to Canadian holidays. For pre-order items, you can find out more details on our pre-orders updates page or the item listing itself :)
♡ What should I do if the order is delayed?
Unfortunately, we cannot control the transportation process of the shipped packages. Please get in touch with the carrier for any delays/changes in delivery time.
♡ Does shipping include tracking?
All of our packages are sent with tracked shipping ONLY.
♡ How do I check shipping prices?
You can check shipping prices by inputting your address upon checkout.
♡ Can I combine orders and shipping?
As long as the items haven't shipped, absolutely! Please contact jen@nyahallo.com.
♡ Where do you ship to?
We ship to most countries internationally, however there are a few countries our standard carrier does not ship to. Please see the next question if your country does not show up upon checkout. Shipping rates vary based on weight and distance; estimated cost will be calculated at check out.
♡ My country doesn't show up upon checkout but I would like to order, what should I do?
Please email jen@nyahallo.com and we can arrange an international carrier to ship your order. Please keep in mind international rates can be very pricey and understand we are not responsible for customs charges and/or fees.
♡ I wrote the wrong address, what can I do?
Please contact the shipping provider for more information if the package is lost. We can't edit addresses once the order has shipped. You, the customer are responsible for providing a complete and correct address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, so please ensure your address is correct and complete. If the item has not yet shipped please email us immediately to change your address.
♡ My package is lost or stolen, what do I do?
Once the package is scanned and marked as delivered, our responsibility ends here. Once your package was already shipped out and USPS officially claimed delivery, we unfortunately no longer have control over the process. As such, please contact your local USPS at 800-522-9085 to help locate your package, supplying the tracking number associated with your order. If after a week, your package is still haven't arrived, you can file a missing mail request on the USPS website and they will help locate the package for you.
On the chance it was stolen, report it to the US Postal Inspection Service if it still can't be located. https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/
We are not responsible if a package gets lost or stolen. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a safe location for the delivery of packages.
If the tracking number shows that your item is delivered, we will not issue a refund or replacement under ANY circumstances.
RETURN/REFUND & CANCELLATIONS
♡ Can I cancel my order? We only accept cancellation requests within 12 hours FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS ONLY. Please email jen@nyahallo.com. We do not offer cancellations on pre-order items.
♡ Can I return items? Yes, but there's a 25% restocking fee, and you are responsible to ship the items in their original packaging as well as pay for the items to be shipped.

I'm sure someone out there would use this bag everyday, but I'm more of a giant tote bag user, and change my bags with my outfits. I'd maybe use one of the backpacks/bigger bags as a more frequent bag though! I'm worried about ruining it, but it's a very well made, soft yet very structured bag purse! In a perfect world, this would be just a couple centimeters bigger, but it still fits my long wallet, phone, earbuds and small charging cord (no block, but I'm sure one would fit)! So worth the wait, plus the updated eta pages were convenient and always seemed updated (I didn't realize there were eta pages when I first purchased, I'm not sure if they're new or old, but I noticed about halfway through my waiting period for my preorder)! I would 100% order another bag in the future, I would just have to remind myself that the pre-order can take some time to be produced and perfected! 😭🫶🏻 I'm SO excited to wear it for my birthday outing! I've already worn it to my boring job twice, and I am not really a purse person. I have 1 other fashion bag, and one "nice" bag that is like if a purse and a small tote had a baby... so this is a fun little treat to own now!!
I bought a 2XL thinking it would run small and found myself swimming in the warmth of this cardigan. No regrets, the cardigan looks amazing when layered. the fabric is breathable and light and I'm absolutely buying another one shortly

The wallet is made with such high-quality material and you can absolutely tell how much thought and love went into it!

I probably misread the dimensions of this very cute wallet. It's a little bigger than I thought but it doesn't take away the potential of being very well made and it's a soft, smooth texture of the material. I love it!!! Definitely worth having 🍓
Every item I've got from Nyahallo has been absolutely amazing and EXTREMELY high quality. So I expected as much from the wallet and it is SO perfect. Looks just like the picture, and is made of really good material and is definitely something I can see lasting for years. Also I was surprised by how fast it shipped for a pre-order! Wow! This bag came out exactly how I expected it to! It's so cute and is the perfect size for my phone, a small wallet or cardholder, and a few cosmetics. The bag itself has a smooth and soft texture and came in cute but functional packaging. As someone who likes to collect bags, the inclusion of a pink dust cover bag was a nice bonus!
