Cutest little wallet

I absolutely adore the wallet — I’ve showed it off to all my friends and gushed about how cute it is! The little hearts on the zippers however aren’t attached with a sturdy metal, and the outer one broke off the first time I unzipped them wallet. It’s still usable, but I am sad such a cute detail is now missing from it.

Had Some Problems But Still Cute!

The product was not what I had initially expected as I felt the card slots were too tight for me personally and the heart charm on the zipper immediately broke upon use but Jen was wonderful with listening to my feedback and concerns and we both came to a mutual agreement regarding the broken charm. Overall I am very pleased with the customer service and I will definitely be buying again :)
