Return Policy

We have a 24H return policy, which means you have one day after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are not eligible on discounted or pre-order items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any applicable tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or digital proof of purchase. If the item is damaged or used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at jen@nyahallo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. you can send the item back to our location using the shipping method of your choice. Please note we don't cover the cost of the return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

We can't do cancellations on pre-orders because the funds are placed directly into production.

If the item is not a pre-order and hasn't been shipped, we can cancel your order. However, if the item has been shipped, we can't cancel your order. However, all cancellations are subjected to a 15% processing fee because Nyahallo is still liable for Shopify, credit card, and bank processing fees for these orders. The cancellation processing fee is 20% for orders paid by Klarna and Sezzle.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Chargeback Policy 

You agree that by purchasing from me, you won't make a chargeback against me. Violation of this policy will result in a permanent ban in purchasing from Nyahallo.
