GENERAL QUESTIONS

What is included in my order? 

Items ship in original packaging, with dust bags for bags and business cards included (while available).

♡  An item I want is sold out, can you stock more? 

All supply of each item is stocked at the time of the restock. Most items are limited edition and are often never reproduced again. If there is a specific item you want, it is recommended to order promptly to avoid missing out.

How long should the items I ordered last?

With proper care and maintenance, our items can enjoy a long lifespan of many years to potentially decades. However, please note that frequent use may cause normal wear and tear on both clothing and bags. To maximize the longevity of your purchases, we recommend:

- For clothes: Limit washing and opt for handwashing whenever possible to preserve quality.
- For bags: Regularly stuff them to maintain shape and wipe away dust to prevent accumulation.

♡ Do you take custom orders or commissions?

We have a fixed product lineup and do not accept custom orders or commissions. Our focus is on creating unique, limited-quantity designs, and we do not offer bespoke or made-to-order products.

♡ Why are your prices "expensive"?

While our prices may be higher than those of fast fashion retailers like Shein or Walmart, they are comparatively reasonable when stacked against luxury brands that charge hundreds or thousands per item. As a small business, we take pride in our unique, limited-quantity designs that are often handmade or feature intricate details. Every item in our shop is an original design, crafted with love and care. We don't resell or dropship generic designs, and we prioritize fair compensation for our manufacturers, co-designers, and workers, ensuring they receive generous royalties and wages. Our commitment to ethical production, quality, and original design comes at a higher cost, which is reflected in our prices. We use high-quality materials, opting for natural over synthetic whenever possible, which also contributes to a higher price point. We believe our products and the value we bring to our customers fully justify the price point. We're dedicated to delivering unique, high-quality items that stand out from mass-produced, generic designs.

♡ What are your items made out of?

Material information:

- Clothing: Please refer to the individual product listings for specific material details.
- Bags and wallets: We proudly use vegan leather (faux leather) alternatives, ensuring our entire bag collection is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free, with no animal products used in their production.

♡ How do I care for my bag?

Spot clean with mild soap and lukewarm or cold water.
Do not machine-wash. Do not overstuff bag with heavy items.
Do not leave item out in the sun for long periods of time to prevent discoloration.
Refrain from hanging your bags as this will distort the shape of the handles.
Do not have the hardware of one bag touching another bag; it may leave a mark.
When not in use, stuff your bag with soft tissue paper to maintain its shape.

♡ Do you accept PayPal as a payment option?

Yes, we do. If you'd like to use PayPal, please reach out to us via email or through our contact form, and we'll be happy to assist you with this payment option.

♡ What's the product drop schedule?

We are planning to launch new item drops every few or more. To get the most up to date information on drop schedules and timings, please see our socials. Keep in mind that we sometime do surprise drops for limited runs!

 

♡ Where are you based? Do you offer pickup or delivery?

We are based in the GTA region of Ontario, Canada. We don't currently offer delivery or pickup.

♡ I'm a newsletter subscriber, why aren’t I receiving any emails?

Sometimes our emails will get marked as spam or junk mail by webmail providers. You can manually take us off the spam list, or you can check your junk mail for our emails if you subscribe.

♡ What can I do if my question is not on this page?

Please send us a message using the contact form or email jen@nyahallo.com. Responses can take up to 3 business days or more during high volume days. We appreciate your patience!

I am not satisfied with my item, can I have a refund or exchange?

If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, please send me a comprehensive visual report (including multiple images and videos) within 24 hours of receipt. I will promptly forward this evidence to my manufacturer, and we will take immediate action. At Nyahallo, we prioritize quality control and customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues or defects, I will hold my manufacturer accountable and ensure a swift resolution. This may involve remaking the item or providing a full refund, whichever is feasible. Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal, and we take quality and customer service very seriously.

♡ Does shipping include tracking?

All of our packages are sent with tracked shipping ONLY. 

♡ How do I check shipping prices?

You can check shipping prices by inputting your address upon checkout.

♡ Can I combine orders and shipping?
