Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have two weeks after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with any applicable tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or digital proof of purchase. If the item is damaged, worn, or otherwise not in returnable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

To start a return, please contact us at support@nyahallo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. You may use any shipping method to return your item; however, Nyahallo does not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item, a defective product, or damage during shipping. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Important: Do not send an item back without contacting us first and receiving approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Cancellation Policy (Before Shipment)

You may cancel any item before it has shipped. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it, however, you’re welcome to request a return instead (see return policy above).

Cancellation fees vary depending on the item type, as Nyahallo is charged non-refundable processing fees by Shopify, Sezzle, and other payment platforms.

In-Stock Items

  • Cancellation Fee: 4%

  • Sezzle Orders: 8% (due to Sezzle's non-refundable merchant fees)

Regular Pre-Orders (Post-Sample Phase)

  • Cancellation Fee: 4%

  • Sezzle Orders: 8%

Pre-Sample & Design Phase Pre-Orders

  • No cancellation fees.
    Nyahallo covers all refund-related processing costs for early-phase pre-orders as a thank you for supporting the development process.

If the wait time for an item becomes significantly longer than expected, we will gladly offer a full cancellation and cover the processing fees ourselves.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll do our best to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, please reach out before submitting a return request.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return your original item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Refund processing times vary by financial institution. It may take 1 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending entirely on your bank or credit card provider. Nyahallo has no control over this timing.

Refunds must be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If your card or account has changed or closed, your financial institution will typically reroute the refund on their end. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method.


Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from Nyahallo, you agree not to initiate a chargeback. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us directly so we can assist you. We’re always happy to help resolve issues whenever possible.

Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in a ban from making future purchases from Nyahallo. In some cases, returning customers who have previously issued a chargeback may be asked to cover the chargeback fees incurred before being allowed to place a new order.
