Production Update Summary: Jan/Feb 2026

As we settle into our new US office and grow our team, we are shifting to a monthly update schedule through March to focus entirely on moving your orders through production. Our priority remains quality over speed. We are a slow-fashion, low-waste brand producing intricate designs from scratch. This means we are currently navigating some manufacturing bottlenecks and supplier changes to ensure every piece meets our high standards. 

We understand the wait is long, and because your happiness is our priority, we want to remind you that you are never obligated to wait; full refunds are always available for any phase 1 (pre-sample/design-phase) items. This update explains why some design-phase pre-orders take longer than expected and how our recent move and global tariff changes impacted production. We’re sharing everything openly to keep customers informed.

As some of you already know, I’ve been in the middle of a move that is taking a VERY unexpectedly long time, but everything should be finalized soon & I expect to be finally settled in one location during the next two-three weeks. In the meantime, I’ve received several new samples, including the Strawberry Bikini, Shark Hoodie, Fox Jacket, knitwear, and mushroom swimsuits. Once I’m fully moved in after November 6, I’ll begin photographing these pieces and move them into production, as well as resuming more frequent + detailed updates.

• General: Busy period due to moving; combining updates for now. Will hire part-time help soon for faster progress and sample revisions.

• Backpack: Druid backpack sample approved → production starting after new product photos.

• Bags: Moth bags manufacturer switched (better quality). Re-sampling 8 designs. New timeline: Winter 2025 (end of Q4).

• Wallets: Pigeon, Shark, Fox wallets → finishing production next week, shipping early–mid Nov.

• Animal Hoodies:

  • Red Panda → production done, shipping early–mid Nov.

  • Fox & Pigeon → still in production. Pigeon updated with new neckline & purple detail.

  • Others → still revising colors/details.

  • Abyss set → new sample, re-sampling for exact purple shade.

• Jackets: Fox jacket sample looks good, photography soon.

• Swimwear: Necromancer + Black Cat → shipped last week. Amanita, Inky Cap + others → still in sampling; some suppliers moving slowly.

• Other items: Not forgotten! Just taking a long time to get things right.

• Moth bag bulk orders going in → production starting soon.

• Tulip swimsuit sample didn’t work out → being re-measured + recolored.

• Druid bag sample looks great → ready for production after photos.

• Animal hoodies → shape done, still sourcing a closer shark color.

• Techwear sets → newsletter/email update sent, pls subscribe to save time.

• Pigeon wallet → sample done, now in regular pre-order (selling strong, may backorder).

• Shark Dress: Revisions in progress, new sample coming soon.

• Amanita & Inky Cap Swimsuits: Final samples expected next week.

• Strawberry Bikini: Final sample in progress.

• Druid Bag: Updated sample looks great: moving to photography.

• Moth Skirts/Shorts: One last sampling before production. Chose not to use horsehair for practicality; refunds available if needed.
