Every item is obsessively designed and lovingly refined. We are a slow-fashion, low-waste brand; we produce from scratch rather than using ready-made blanks. If it isn’t magical, it doesn’t leave our hands. Should your piece arrive with a manufacturer defect, report it to us immediately and we will make it right, no questions asked.
2. Transparent Updates & Open Communication
We believe in honest communication. While we previously shared updates more frequently, we are currently shifting to a comprehensive monthly update through March 2026 to focus our energy on production. Weekly updates will resume in April 2026 once our new team is fully trained.

3. Total Replacement Support
If something is wrong, we fix it. Whether it’s a faulty snap, a misprint, or shipping damage, we will replace or repair your item with care. Because our products are made to be loved for a lifetime, we even offer support for items up to 2 years old.
4. Our "Patience & Trust" Policy
We know waiting is hard. If your pre-order is delayed beyond our estimated timeline, you are welcome to request a discount as a token of our gratitude. Furthermore, you are never obligated to wait. If our timeline no longer works for you, we offer full refunds on any pre-sample or design-phase pre-orders.
5. Size & Fit Assurance
We want you to feel beautiful and confident. If a garment doesn't fit quite right, reach out to us. We’ll do our best to assist with exchanges, store credit, or styling advice to ensure the perfect fit.
6. Real Photo Requests
Need peace of mind? If you have a pre-order, you can request a real-life photo of your item as it nears the shipping stage. Just send us your order number, and we’ll show you the magic is real.
7. Long-Term Repair Support
Life happens. If your item tears or breaks over time, reach out. Within a 2-year period, we will guide you through repairs or send replacement parts (like buttons or trims) so your favorite piece can live on.

Many big brands rely on the cheapest, most unethical suppliers in high-risk regions just to maximize their margins while selling at high prices. We refuse to do that. We take immense pride in offering a level of detail and material quality that is rare in this niche. By prioritizing high-quality materials and "from-scratch" construction over massive profits, we are able to offer our clothes at lower margins than industry standards than others in our niche. We want our world to be accessible to more people without ever compromising on our ethics or our artistry.
