PREORDER POLICY
Types of Preorders at Nyahallo
We offer made-to-order designs through several types of preorder models. All preorder items are created through small-batch, independent production and may take extended time to complete.
1. Design Phase Pre-Orders (aka pre-sample pre-order)
These are items still in the early stages of design. Customers are placing orders based on concept art or illustration before physical sampling begins.
By purchasing a design phase preorder, you acknowledge that:

You are helping fund the creation of the first prototype

The design and materials may be adjusted during development

You are ordering well in advance, with longer lead times than standard preorders
2. Regular Pre-Order
Items that have completed sampling and are awaiting production or fulfillment. These are closer to shipping and typically have shorter wait times.
Estimated Wait Times

Design Phase Preorders/Pre-Sample Pre-Orders typically take 6 to 12 months depending on the item. These are early-stage orders placed before sampling begins and are more likely to experience changes or delays during development.

Regular Preorders (items that have completed sampling) have an estimated wait time of approximately 4 months, depending on production volume and supplier schedules.

All timelines are estimates only and may shift based on sampling results, fabric sourcing, or manufacturer constraints.

Delays are common in small-batch, independent production and are not considered valid reasons for filing a chargeback.
Refunds & Cancellations

You may request a full refund at any time before your item ships by emailing support@nyahallo.com

We will never penalize customers for choosing to cancel a preorder

Please do not file a chargeback. We are happy to process refunds directly upon request

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us goes against our store policy

Customers who file a chargeback without attempting resolution may be blocked from placing future orders
