Vision for this design: This is a chiffon dress with an allover rose print. It features a side split hem and is an off the shoulder style with corset bust. The sleeves are tied together like ribbons. It opens from the back with invisible zipper. Please note this style is not stretchy, however elastic smocking can be added to the back. I recommend sizing up if unsure.
