I absolutely adore the design and quality of this purse. I'm absolutely obsessed with strawberries at the moment and the second I saw this I fell in love and ordered it.
Really cute purse in person and big enough to really carry stuff around.

Hi Nyah-mily 💌
As Nyahallo continues to grow, I want to be transparent about what we’re working on behind the scenes. Running this brand means the world to me, and I’m always listening, learning, and striving to do better. Here's a breakdown of the changes we’re planning throughout the rest of 2025 to improve your experience as a customer and supporter.
Starting now, we're aiming to reply to all emails within 72 hours. If you've reached out to support@nyahallo.com, you should hear from us more quickly. We’re also planning to:
Launch a customer feedback form by August
Create a dedicated FAQ page with clearer return and preorder policies
Provide order update templates for customers waiting on long-term items
We know how important it is to stay informed, especially with preorders. That’s why we’re working on a real-time production tracking system that will launch by August 2025. You’ll be able to check:
What phase your item is in (design, sampling, production, or shipping)
Visual progress updates through blog posts and email
Estimated delivery timelines that adjust as needed
Beginning July 2025, we’ll be posting monthly updates on our blog to share:
Production progress and sample previews
Shipping estimates
New designs and upcoming concepts
Honest updates about any changes or delays
These updates will be available here on our site and linked on our social platforms.
With our new U.S. warehouse now active, all American orders are now tariff-free and ship more quickly. We’re also updating our packaging to be more eco-friendly while keeping everything safe and cute. Processing times are a little slower during the transition, but we expect everything to return to normal by early August.
If you've ever wondered why some designs take months to launch, we’ll be breaking it all down. We plan to release behind-the-scenes content that explains:
How a concept sketch becomes a finished piece
What a tech pack includes
What happens during the sampling and revision stages
How we handle artist collaborations and inspiration
We want you to feel included in the process and understand the time and care that go into every piece.
Nyahallo is still a small artist-run brand, and your support has helped us keep moving forward through all the ups and downs. These improvements are shaped by your feedback and by our desire to grow while staying creative and intentional.
We’re not perfect, but we care deeply. We’re learning, adapting, and always creating with love.
Thank you for being part of our story.
Stay whimsical,
Jen
Founder of Nyahallo
This is really great! I’m very excited for both the process notes (I’ve always been curious) and the product dev tracking! Yay!
