Nyahallo operates on a limited pre-order model to create detailed, ethically made pieces without overproduction. Every design begins as original in-house artwork and moves through sampling, small-batch production, and shipping.

Phase 1 | Concept Stage (1–1.5 years)
Order at the earliest stage from illustrated concept art. Phase 1 supporters receive a discounted price, help shape refinements during sampling, and can cancel anytime for a 100% refund before shipping.

Phase 2 | Sample Approved (Shorter Timeline)
Order after the physical sample is finalized and production is underway. The design is confirmed, timelines are shorter than Phase 1, and items may be more limited in size or quantity.

All timelines are estimated by quarter due to our careful, small-batch process. We share updates as meaningful milestones are reached.
