Types of Preorders at Nyahallo
We offer made-to-order designs through several types of preorder models. All preorder items are created through small-batch, independent production and may take extended time to complete.
1. Design Phase Pre-Orders (aka pre-sample pre-order)
These are items still in the early stages of design. Customers are placing orders based on concept art or illustration before physical sampling begins.
By purchasing a design phase preorder, you acknowledge that:

You are ordering well in advance, with longer lead times than standard preorders
2. Regular Pre-Order
Items that have completed sampling and are awaiting production or fulfillment. These are closer to shipping and typically have shorter wait times.
Estimated Wait Times

Design Phase Preorders/Pre-Sample Pre-Orders typically take 6 to 12 months depending on the item. These are early-stage orders placed before sampling begins and are more likely to experience changes or delays during development.

Regular Preorders (items that have completed sampling) have an estimated wait time of approximately 4 months, depending on production volume and supplier schedules.

Founded in Canada, Nyahallo now operates in both Canada and the United States. Both Canadian and US orders ship domestically and tariff free from their respective countries. Non US/Canada orders can ship from either location.

Please email support@nyahallo.com and we can arrange an international carrier to ship your order. Please keep in mind international rates can be very pricey and understand we are not responsible for customs charges and/or fees which may be additionally charged to you by your local government upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the address once an order has shipped. If your package is already in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly to see if they can reroute or hold the delivery.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by USPS, our responsibility for the shipment ends. At that point, we unfortunately no longer have control over the package or its handling.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package hasn’t arrived, we recommend taking the following steps:
1) Check your address and look around your delivery area. Sometimes packages are left with neighbors, in parcel lockers, or at side or back doors.
2) Contact USPS at 1-800-522-9085 with your tracking number for assistance.
3) If your package has still not arrived after a week, you can file a Missing Mail Request on the USPS website.

Its a little large, 100% a purse wallet. the ID slot was an interesting aspect ratio, taller than my cards are, the cash section is VERRY deep, you can fit about 1.5 bills depth wise in it. Overall I love it <33

Very Pretty Wallet! Wonderful gift
I purchased this as a gift for a friend. They said it was very pretty, sturdy and well made and they weren't worried about breaking it beyond being a little afraid of breaking the zipper on accident.

Cute aesthetic swimwear
Bought 3x originally but hadn't realized it was on backorder, the Nyahallo team assisted in getting me a different size that shipped very quickly. Turns out the next size up was a better fit and fit a little tighter or smaller than I expected but never less fitted well. I got many compliments at the water park and felt comfortable in the first swimsuit I've worn since I was a child.
