Transparency Post: Seraphim & Slumbering Forest Wallets Update

Hi everyone! I wanted to give a quick update regarding the production of the Seraphim and Sleeping Fox wallets, since I’ve been receiving messages about an issue with the card holders being too tight for some people.

After reaching out to my manufacturer, they initially told me that the card holder size was within the correct dimensions. However, upon further investigation, they admitted that the problem was caused by using an adhesive that was too thick, which created a tighter fit than intended.

They suggested a temporary solution:
👉 Dip a cotton swab in baby powder and gently apply it to the edge of the card insert (as shown in the video). This can help reduce stickiness and loosen the adhesive slightly.

That said, I don’t believe it’s fair for you to have to deal with this workaround, and I take full responsibility for making things right. I’m incredibly upset that this mistake happened, especially after I was so careful with production instructions. It affects your experience and hurts the trust I work hard to build.

If you're affected, please email us at support@nyahallo.com and we’ll arrange for a replacement wallet to be made just for you. You can keep your current one until the replacements are ready.
