A Note from Jen: Originality, Quality, and Customer Care
At Nyahallo, every design is original and made with intention. As both an illustrator and designer, I personally bring many of our concepts to life alongside our small team. We work with ethical, small-batch factories, which means slower production, but better quality and care in every piece. We're also improving customer service, with faster response times and more transparency through monthly updates. Thank you for supporting this little brand with a big heart. 💕

Nyahallo is Now Tariff-Free for U.S. Orders!
We’ve officially expanded operations, and all U.S. orders will now ship from our new domestic warehouse. That means no international tariffs or import fees, faster delivery, and the same lovingly packed Nyahallo experience.

Processing is currently delayed by about a week while we transition, but total delivery time remains around 2 to 3 weeks. Thank you for your patience and continued support!

How a Nyahallo Design Comes to Life
Ever wonder how a Nyahallo piece is made? From sketch to sample, each design goes through months of development. We begin with inspiration, create detailed concept art, and sometimes open early concept preorders to fund sampling. After tech packs are built, the design goes through multiple rounds of revisions and sampling until it’s just right.

Once finalized, we launch official preorders, followed by full production. It’s a long process, but every step is filled with care and intention. Thank you for being part of the journey!
