Important Update on the Moth Bags!

I have an important update on the Moth Bags that I'd like to share with you all! They are currently ongoing mass production in the factory right now, and it has taken quite a while due to two factors, the first is the fact that the designs are extremely complicated. Each bag takes an extremely long time to manufacture, and when we have to produce this at a massive scale. Secondly, we have an extremely high volume of bags to manufacture, so it takes extra long to get each style ready. 

This update applies to all Moth bags, including the Luna Moth, Death's Head Moth, Cecropia Moth, Emperor Moth, Spanish Moon Moth, Galaxy Moon Moth, and the Rose Maple Moth.

As a friendly reminder, please note that we are VERY happy to swap your order or cancel your order for a full refund. To be honest, we significantly undersold ourselves when selling this item initially. The production process has been A LOT more expensive than we initially expected, so honestly it was a big mistake on our part for selling our bags for such a low price in the beginning. If you are no longer happy with waiting, please contact our support email. Spamming us through other means of communication such as social media will NOT help resolve your issue. 

Also, please note that ALL Phase 1 preorder items are made to order from scratch and operate similarly to a Kickstarter style preorder. Because production begins after orders are placed, any estimated delivery dates are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen and are a normal part of the preorder and manufacturing process. You are always welcome to request a full and free exchange/cancellation of your order at ANY time.
