Hey Nyamily! We're so excited to share a detailed look at everything we've been working on. As a small but dedicated team, we've been putting everything we have into these designs..
Our suppliers were on break for Chinese New Year for the majority of February and some of March, so production and sampling were on a brief pause. In the meantime, we were using this time to work through a few remaining challenges on our more complex pieces. We'll be back at full speed now!
Since demand has grown much faster than we anticipated, we're currently short-staffed and stretching our capacity. Weekly updates take significant time, time we'd rather put toward perfecting your samples and pushing production forward. We appreciate your understanding as we find our footing.
Refund Policy: Your satisfaction always comes first. If our timeline isn't working for you, you're welcome to a full refund on any PHASE 1 (pre-sample/design phase) item, no questions asked. You're never obligated to wait. To request an adjustment, email support@nyahallo.com with your order number.
Shipping Updates

- Upcoming (May): Druid Bag, production is complete; shipping kicks off in May!
- Second round orders of Seraphim and Slumbering Forest Wallets are underway.
Current Production These items have completed sampling and are now being manufactured.

Convertible Bags (Moths & Galaxy): These are very complicated bags and we honestly undersold them, as they require significant time and resources to produce. They are currently undergoing production and are currently set to be ready this quarter. Still the same as last blog update, just that they've made more progress in bulk production overall. ETA: Q2 2026

Whimsical Overalls (Astral Dream & Forest Tale): Now in manufacturing! Phase 2 pre-orders are live with limited availability.
- Sakura & Wish Upon a Star Hoodie Dresses: Production is done, it is currently in transit to our facility
- Shark Hoodie & Shrug: Mass production is underway using custom color swatches to guarantee color accuracy.
- Animal Hoodies & Shrugs: Bat, Pigeon, Cat, Wolf, and Bat Cloak (formerly Bat Coat) are all in production.

Orchid Pinafore: Production has officially started.
- Cloudy Sky 3-Layer Skirts: Currently in production!
Sampling & Revisions We're currently refining these items or testing new suppliers to get the fit and quality just right.
Apparel & Outerwear

Fox Jacket (Starting Production): Transitioning from sampling to the factory now!
- Moth Skirt Shorts: New samples in progress.
- Bat Shorts & Wing Pants: Currently being sampled by new manufacturers.

Tech Wear & Knit Sets: The 3-Piece Tech Set, Forest Tale Knit, and Archer Knit sets are all being actively re-sampled for improved quality.
- Kitsune Jackets: They are currently being sampled and worked on!
Animal Hoodies (New & Revised)
- Custom Color Labdips: Manta Ray and Moon Jellyfish are moving into the sample phase now.
- Color/Trim Tweaks: Barn Owl, Crow/Raven, and Great Horned Owl.
- In Sampling: Deer, Orca, and Raccoon hoodies.
Critical Bottlenecks, We want to be upfront about items hitting significant roadblocks.
- Stained Glass & Stardust Butterfly Dresses: We haven't yet found a supplier that meets our quality bar. Due to strong customer demand, we're committed to seeing these through, but please expect a longer timeline as we work to get the sample exactly right.
- Druid & Seraphim Jackets: Facing major supplier delays (~6 months). Samples are currently being remade to correct previous errors.
