It's the new month of July so we thought it would be informative to give an extensive recap of the hard work we've done in the month of June as well as sharing the progress we’ve made so we can give you a clear update on where everything currently stands.
Expect more updates on sampling and production next month, me and my team have been putting in 50+ hour work weeks to ensure everyone can get their well-loved products as soon as possible.
Demand for in-stock items has been through the roof lately! We have hired a new customer support agent as well as a full-time packer to help fulfill and ship out your orders on a timely basis. Our fulfillment has been moving much faster lately, but if you have not received your order yet, or if you have any other inquiries, please email us at support@nyahallo.com with your order number.
As always, we want to be very clear that if you are unhappy with the wait time for any product, you are always welcome to request a full and free refund by emailing support@nyahallo.com with your order number. You have the choice of a full refund, or an exchange to an in-stock item.

The Fox Jackets, The Cat Shrug, and the Round 2 Fox Hoodies are also on the way to our facility, and we expect to fulfill them shortly.
We have made good inroads with every variant of the Moth Bags. We are working out the final details on it and expect to be able to have all of them finished bulk production in August. This is an extremely high volume set so we intend to have multiple team members come and assist with fulfillment to ensure you all get your Moth Bags as soon as possible.
We're delighted to also announce that the Honey Pot Bag, the Acorn Bag, as well as the mini Acorn Pochette have begun bulk production, with an estimated completion date also set in August!
We are also actively keeping up with our manufacturer regarding the Animal Hoodies & Shrugs, they have been relentlessly at work in bulk production, it has taken a great amount of time to complete production for these due to the large amount of variants as well as the high order volumes that they have had to produce. The Hoodies and Shrugs in production are the: Shark, Pigeon, Manta Ray, Moon Jellyfish, Barn Owl, Crow or Raven, Great Horned Owl, and the Bat Cloak.
The remaining animal hoodies which are not mentioned above are still ongoing sampling. We never want to compromise on quality, rest assured that we have and always will make use of ethical family-owned manufacturers as well as undergo an extremely thorough sampling and quality check process for each and every one of our designs.

Death's Head Moth Dresses, Deer Hoodie, Orca Hoodie, Raccoon Hoodie, Orchid Pinafore, Cloudy Sky 3 Layer Skirts, Whimsical Cozy Sets, Whimsical Woodland Knit Set, Woodland Knit Set, Moth Skirt Shorts, Bat Shorts and Wing Pants, Tech Wear and Knit Sets, 3 Piece Tech Set, Forest Tale Knit Set, Archer Knit Set, and the Kitsune Jackets are all ongoing sampling.
Some swimsuits, including Mushroom One Piece, Tulip Swimsuit, Shark, Whale Shark, Dark Cathedral, Axolotl, Bat Mesh, Bee, Druid, Dryad , allen Cultist, Galaxy Jellyfish, Higanbana, Luna Moth, Moon Jellyfish, Star Wanderer
We are currently refining these items or testing new suppliers to make sure the fit, construction, and quality meet our standards. We are very sorry for the lack of visible progress on some of these items. A lot of the slowdown has come from samples not meeting the quality, fit, or construction standards we want for our customers. Rather than moving forward with pieces we are unhappy with, we have been taking the time to revise them properly.
We also want to be upfront about a few items that have faced major roadblocks.
Stained Glass and Stardust Butterfly Dresses, We have not yet found a supplier that meets our quality standards for these dresses. Because there is still strong customer demand, we are committed to continuing the process, but please expect a longer timeline while we work to get the samples exactly right.
Druid and Seraphim Jackets, These have faced major supplier delays of around six months. The samples are currently being remade to correct previous errors, and we will continue pushing these forward as carefully and quickly as we can.
Bat Set: The manufacturer slated to make this item unexpectedly disappeared. Upon resampling with other manufacturers, they have either made an inferior sample or were completely unable to help with us. This is an extremely high priority item that we are taking seriously and we are actively working to make sure this item gets developed as soon as possible.
We have been hard at work since April to curate these bottlenecks. We are continuing to look for new suppliers to produce the items that have taken too long.
