We’re excited to share the progress we’ve made this month and give you a clearer update on where everything currently stands.
Over the next few months, especially June, July, and August, we expect our progress to ramp up significantly. We now have the ability to work longer and more consistent hours, which will help us move samples, revisions, and production forward much more efficiently.
Demand for our in stock items has also grown a lot this month. Because of that, we’ve added two more part time staff members to help with packing and fulfilling orders. Our fulfillment has been moving much faster lately, but if you have not received your order yet, or if you have any other questions, please email us at support@nyahallo.com with your order number.
As always, we want to be very clear that if you are unhappy with the wait time for any product, you are always welcome to request a full and free refund by emailing support@nyahallo.com with your order number.

SHIPPING UPDATES
We have now shipped out all of the following items:
Bat Hoodies, Seraphim Wallets, and Slumbering Forest Wallets
These items are now in stock, so this is the best time to grab them if you want them shipped out quickly.
The following items are currently on the way to our facility:
Druid Bags, Sakura Hoodie Dresses, and Wish Upon a Star Hoodie Dresses
We are still waiting for them to arrive, but we currently expect to fulfill all three of these products this month once they reach us.
CURRENT PRODUCTION
These items have completed sampling and are now being manufactured.
Fox Jacket, Mass production has officially started.
Convertible Bags, also known as Moth Bags, These are very detailed and complicated bags, and we honestly underestimated the amount of time and resources they would require. They are currently in production, and mass production is almost complete. We currently expect them to be ready this quarter.
Whimsical Overalls, Astral Dream and Forest Tale, These are well into mass production, and we expect to be able to ship them very soon.
Animal Hoodies, Shark, Pigeon, Wolf, and Bat Cloak, formerly called Bat Coat, are all in mass production.
Animal Shrugs, Cat, Manta Ray, Moon Jellyfish, Barn Owl, Crow or Raven, and Great Horned Owl are currently in progress.
IN SAMPLING
Death's Head Moth Dresses, Animal Hoodies, Deer Hoodie, Orca Hoodie, Raccoon Hoodie, Orchid Pinafore, Cloudy Sky 3 Layer Skirts, the final sample is still being worked on, Whimsical Cozy Sets, all colorways , Whimsical Woodland Knit Set, Woodland Knit Set, Moth Skirt Shorts, Bat Shorts and Wing Pants, Tech Wear and Knit Sets, 3 Piece Tech Set, Forest Tale Knit Set, Archer Knit Set, and the Kitsune Jackets
Some swimsuits, including Mushroom One Piece, Tulip Swimsuit, Shark, Whale Shark, Dark Cathedral, Axolotl, Bat Mesh, Bee, Druid, Dryad , allen Cultist, Galaxy Jellyfish, Higanbana, Luna Moth, Moon Jellyfish, Star Wanderer
We are currently refining these items or testing new suppliers to make sure the fit, construction, and quality meet our standards. We are very sorry for the lack of visible progress on some of these items. A lot of the slowdown has come from samples not meeting the quality, fit, or construction standards we want for our customers. Rather than moving forward with pieces we are unhappy with, we have been taking the time to revise them properly.
We know the wait has been frustrating. This month, we are dedicating significantly more time and resources toward expediting the sampling process so we can move these items forward as soon as possible.
BOTTLENECKS
We also want to be upfront about a few items that have faced major roadblocks.
Stained Glass and Stardust Butterfly Dresses, We have not yet found a supplier that meets our quality standards for these dresses. Because there is still strong customer demand, we are committed to continuing the process, but please expect a longer timeline while we work to get the samples exactly right.
Druid and Seraphim Jackets, These have faced major supplier delays of around six months. The samples are currently being remade to correct previous errors, and we will continue pushing these forward as carefully and quickly as we can.
