Nyahallo Weekly Progress & Product Update | Week 8

Hello kittens! I can’t believe I’ve officially kept up with weekly updates for 8 weeks straight; that’s 2 whole months! Let me know if these have been helpful or reassuring for you, since I’m still not sure if weekly updates are the best format, but either way I’ll keep them going. This update is a little earlier than usual since I’ll be away for the entire weekend, and the next two weeks will be especially busy on my end.

Communications
This week we focused on contacting customers who checked out without leaving an email address, reaching out by text to keep everyone updated. We just want to be sure that all customers know current wait times and have their sizes and addresses correct. I’ve also been working closely behind the scenes with my manufacturer. The main news this week is on the animal hoodies. Note that if you haven’t been receiving updates, please email support@nyahallo.com so we can get you back in the loop, especially international customers who may not have received texts.

Animal Hoodies Update

• A few styles have begun production!

  • Red panda: about halfway done.

  • Fox hoodie + shrug: production just started (ears have been modified to be larger and upright; photos soon once I can schedule a session!).

  • Bat hoodie: production has started as well, though I made some final tweaks to the ear shape.

  • Wolf shrug: production will begin soon.

• The other animal hoodies are still in sampling. I wasn’t satisfied with the colour options, so I’ve asked my manufacturer to extensively source new shades. Once the colours are perfected, we’ll move them into production. Some styles may take longer than others. For example, the shark hoodie is delayed because I’m having trouble sourcing the exact light grey shade. My colour booklet doesn’t have anything close, so I’ve sent my manufacturer on a hunt for it.

Sakura Hoodie Dress
I received the final sample, plus a few others, and we’re almost ready for production! A photoshoot is scheduled for next weekend. That's the earliest I can arrange it given personal commitments and once that’s done, production can officially begin.
