We offer made-to-order designs through several types of preorder models. All preorder items are created through small-batch, independent production and may take extended time to complete.
These are items still in the early stages of design. Customers are placing orders based on concept art or illustration before physical sampling begins.
By purchasing a design phase preorder, you acknowledge that:
You are helping fund the creation of the first prototype
The design and materials may be adjusted during development
You are ordering well in advance, with longer lead times than standard preorders
Items that have completed sampling and are awaiting production or fulfillment. These are closer to shipping and typically have shorter wait times.
Design Phase Preorders/Pre-Sample Pre-Orders typically take 6 to 12 months depending on the item. These are early-stage orders placed before sampling begins and are more likely to experience changes or delays during development.
Regular Preorders (items that have completed sampling) have an estimated wait time of approximately 4 months, depending on production volume and supplier schedules.
All timelines are estimates only and may shift based on sampling results, fabric sourcing, or manufacturer constraints.
Delays are common in small-batch, independent production and are not considered valid reasons for filing a chargeback.

Founded in Canada, Nyahallo now operates in both Canada and the United States. Both Canadian and US orders ship domestically and tariff free from their respective countries. Non US/Canada orders can ship from either location.

Please email support@nyahallo.com and we can arrange an international carrier to ship your order. Please keep in mind international rates can be very pricey and understand we are not responsible for customs charges and/or fees which may be additionally charged to you by your local government upon delivery.

FOR EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS & OTHER NON US/CANADA CUSTOMERS: Please keep in mind that we are NOT based in your country and additional customs fees may apply as per your government's regulations, which we have ZERO control over. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. If your package is returned to us by the shipping carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to have it re-sent. Yes, cancellations are allowed for all orders. However, please note that some cancellations may be subject to a small processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs (especially for Sezzle or credit card payments).
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. At that point, you may follow our return process after the package is delivered.
In-stock items: 4% cancellation fee
Regular pre-orders (post-sample): 4% cancellation fee
Pre-sample / Design-phase pre-orders: No cancellation fees! Nyahallo covers the cost as a thank-you for your early support
However, if a regular pre-order or in-stock item takes significantly longer than expected, we will cover all processing fees, and you will receive a full refund at no cost to you.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@nyahallo.com with your order number. We’re happy to assist you.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or payment method. If your original account has been closed or replaced, we won’t be able to reroute the funds.

Easily the most comfortable piece of clothing I own. The cotton is so soft and the cardigan itself is a good weight, not to mention the absolutely gorgeous pattern. I will note if you plan to buy this cardigan, the colors are slightly darker in person, though no less beautiful. I couldn't be happier with this purchase<3
Pre-purchased the shark wallet a few months ago and was expecting it to be a tad smaller. However, i’m not disappointed! It’s adorable and looks exactly as advertised. Fits my cards, cash, coins and can definitely fit a lot of other things in there. Would absolutely purchase as a gift for others, or another wallet for myself :) 10/10

It's absolutely perfect. Its bigger than i thought it'd be and it fits all my cards easily, stitching is firm and its built very well. And I've gotten a couple compliments on it already :)
