Overall, the sample is strong and closely matches the original design. To enhance the intended poofy silhouette, an optional bumroll could be worn above the shorts layer. I would also recommend raising the skirt higher on the waist and exploring a fuller mesh fabric, such as a slightly stiffer organza, to add volume.
