As our community grows, we’ve been getting a lot of great questions from both new and longtime supporters. We know preorders, production timelines, and communication can be a bit confusing at times, so I wanted to take a moment to answer some of the most common concerns and questions we’ve received this season.
Whether you just placed your first order or have been following since the beginning, here’s everything you need to know for Summer 2025.
1. How do I check the status of my preorder?
All preorder timelines are listed on our Complete Pre-Order Catalog, which we update regularly. It includes the current stage of each item (design, sampling, production, shipping).
We’re also rolling out monthly blog updates starting in July and launching real-time preorder tracking by August 2025.

2. I saw new designs posted. Does that mean you’ve paused production on older ones?
Not at all — this is a common misunderstanding.
Our design and production processes are separate. Posting new designs doesn't delay or deprioritize older products. While I continue to create and share new concepts on social media, our manufacturing partners are actively working on existing items behind the scenes.
If there’s a delay, it’s not because we’ve abandoned past designs. It’s simply because some products need more time in sampling or production to meet our quality standards. We always do our best to keep you informed as things progress.
3. How long will my preorder take?
Depending on the stage your item is in, the wait time can range from 6 to 12 months, especially for more complex pieces or if we're still in the design phase.
Products marked as Design Phase Preorders (a type of Pre-Sample Pre-Order) are still being finalized or sampled, which makes the timeline a bit longer. These are always clearly labeled in the product description and priced at a discount as a thank-you for early support.
We completely understand if that kind of wait isn’t for everyone and you're always welcome to cancel at any time by emailing us.
4. Can I update my shipping address?
Yes, definitely! Just email support@nyahallo.com with your full name, order number, and updated address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll get your info updated right away.
5. When will I hear back after messaging support?
We're working to respond to all emails within 72 hours. You can contact either support@nyahallo.com or jen@nyahallo.com. If you don’t hear back after a few days, feel free to follow up! Sometimes messages can slip through or get flagged as spam.
We’re a small team, but we take your messages seriously and are always working to improve our communication.
Why Are Timelines Shifting Sometimes?
Each Nyahallo product goes through several stages before it’s ready for bulk production including concept sketching, tech pack creation, sampling, and revision.
Sometimes, the first few samples don’t come out the way we envisioned. Whether it's incorrect colors, fit issues, or construction flaws, we work with our manufacturers to revise and fix them until it’s right.
That revision process can take multiple rounds, and each round may take weeks or even months. On top of that, factory delays, shipping slowdowns, or sourcing issues can also affect the timeline.
We know it’s frustrating, and we always update our timeline masterlist and blogs as soon as we have new information. Your patience means everything to us.
