Customer Newsletter Updates
We’re excited to share that starting next week, we’ll begin sending out regular email updates to keep you informed on product progress and any potential delays.
This initiative was originally scheduled for August, but we’ve decided to launch it earlier in response to feedback. These updates will help improve transparency, keep you in the loop, and make communication more consistent. Please make sure to whitelist our email address so the updates don’t get lost in your spam folder.
Each product email will now include a counter to track how many updates have been sent for that item. That way, it’s easy to follow along and no one’s left wondering whether they missed anything.

If you’re waiting on an order, keep an eye on your inbox starting next week. We’d also appreciate your input: would updates every 2–3 weeks feel right to you, or would you prefer them more or less frequently? Let us know!
Delivery Updates
The bodycon sweater dresses arrived on July 18. Shipping will begin next week, but we’re giving everyone a short window to update their address first, since this batch was significantly delayed.
We’re also expecting to receive the Queen of Hearts cardigans next week. We’re sorry for the delay and appreciate your patience.
As for the tie shirts, they arrived on July 17, but we’re holding off on shipping until early August. We’ll be photographing each one before they go out, and we made some design changes along the way -- specifically, we scaled down the print size for a better overall look. To make sure everyone is happy with the final result, we’ll be reaching out to confirm your size and make sure it still works for you. Our goal is to provide flexibility and open communication, not rush anything out the door.
Sample and Production Updates
The Luna Moth bag is complete, and the Galaxy Moon Moth bag sample is also finished, though we think it may need a few more changes before it’s finalized. The Pigeon Wallet is done, the Shark Wallet is done, and the Fox Wallet is nearly finished as well, aside from a small issue we’d like to fix before showing it off. The Druid Bag is still a work in progress.
We’ve completed edits to the Animal Hoodie samples and are currently waiting on the manufacturer to remake them correctly. There were a number of issues with the last round, but we’re working closely with them to make sure the final version meets our standards.
Last week, we tested over 15 new samples. I’m currently editing the videos I filmed during the testing process, and I’ll begin sharing those next week. Some will go out in the upcoming update, and the rest will follow the week after.
In general, we’re continuing to check in with all our manufacturers weekly to stay on top of timelines and progress.
