Nyahallo was founded in Canada and now operates from both Canada and the United States. As our American community continued to grow, we moved part of our operations to New York State in 2026 to better serve our customers and help reduce the impact of tariffs whenever possible. Today, we ship from both Canada and the U.S., allowing us to provide faster, more efficient service to customers around the world. We ship internationally whenever possible and only exclude countries where local laws, regulations, or shipping restrictions prevent us from doing so.

Depending on the complexity of the design, Phase 1 pre-order items can take two years or longer to complete.
