We ship to most countries internationally, however there are a few countries our standard carrier does not ship to. Please see the next question if your country does not show up upon checkout. Shipping rates vary based on weight and distance; estimated cost will be calculated at check out.
A pre-order means to order something in advance. It's placing an order for the item before it is produced and available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.

All supply of each item is stocked at the time of the restock. Most items are limited edition and are often never reproduced again. If there is a specific item you want, it is recommended to order promptly to avoid missing out.
We have a fixed product lineup and do not accept custom orders or commissions. Our focus is on creating unique, limited-quantity designs, and we do not offer bespoke or made-to-order products.

- Bags and wallets: We proudly use vegan leather (faux leather) alternatives, ensuring our entire bag collection is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.
We're considering introducing genuine leather products to our lineup in the future. However, please be aware that these premium items will come with a substantially higher price point, reflecting the exceptional quality and craftsmanship that goes into creating them.
We are based in the GTA region of Ontario, Canada. We don't currently offer delivery or pickup.
