NYAHALLO'S MONTHLY UPDATE - DECEMBER 2024

Update on Fall 2024 Early Access Pre-Order:
We're excited to share that the vast majority of items from our Fall 2024 early access pre-order have been successful and are currently in the sampling stage. I'm actively working on finalizing the samples, and once that's complete, we'll move forward with production.
For the very few items that didn't meet our expectations, we've already reached out to affected customers and offered alternatives, including swaps to different items or refunds. We're pleased to report that the majority of our customers opted to swap their original selection for a different product, which we're happy to accommodate.
To give you more opportunities to secure your desired items at the current price point, we've decided to keep pre-sample pre-orders open until the samples are finalized. 

Sampling Process Timeline:

Please note that the sampling process can take anywhere from 1-3 months or more, depending on the complexity of each item. Based on my experience, the initial sample typically takes around 3 weeks to be created.

From there, I'll review the sample, make any necessary adjustments, and have it remade. This iterative process will continue until I'm completely satisfied with the design, quality, and fit.

Only when all aspects meet my standards will I move forward with production. I appreciate your patience and understanding as I work to ensure the highest quality products for you.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

To help manage expectations, we want to provide a detailed breakdown of our production and shipping timeline. Here's what you can expect:

Sampling process: 1-3+ months
Production: approximately 50 days
Shipping: 18-25 days

In total, please allow around 4 months - up to 8 months for production, shipping, and fulfillment. Additionally, please note that our team requires time for processing and quality control.

We'll continue to update our timeline as each project nears completion, ensuring you stay informed every step of the way.

Important Pricing Update:

Please note that prices for our Fall 2024 collection will be adjusted after the sampling process is complete. Upon reviewing our production costs, we realized that some items are more expensive to produce than initially anticipated.

As a result, we will be raising prices to reflect the actual costs. To ensure you get the best value, we recommend placing your order now to secure the current price. As a gesture of appreciation for your patience and understanding during the extended wait of a pre-sample pre-order item, we're pleased to offer a price reduction on your order.

Important Holiday Notice:

Please be aware that our production and sampling process will be impacted by the upcoming Chinese New Year celebrations. As our manufacturing partners observe this holiday, their facilities will be closed for a minimum of two weeks, causing a temporary delay in our sampling and production timeline. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
